🤍 Process and Finished Piece:  Each beautiful piece is hand-stamped, letter by letter, hand polished, and sweetly packaged with the most unique understanding that each piece is personal and  treasured.  Let us be a part of your journey.  As all letters and symbols are individually hand stamped, they make not be in perfect alignment.  This is part of what makes your piece unique. We call them perfect imperfections!

🤍 Is payment due before or after order is placed: Payment is at checkout.

🤍 Special/Custom orders: Please send an email to regarding special/custom orders.

🤍 Production Time: Current production time is 6-10 days.  Please note that this does not include shipping time.

🤍 Shipping: Free Domestic Shipping is offered within the United States.

🤍 Changing Chain for a different size: If you need a different size chain, please send an email to to arrange for a different size chain.  You will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred to return piece and remaining piece.  

🤍 Can Text or Design be added to back of piece:  At this time Juliana & Me can only hand stamp one side of the piece.  

🤍 How to measure for length: Place a string where you would like the necklace to fall and then measure the string (in inches) or choose you favorite necklace, and measure the length (in inches.)  Check out our Necklace Sizing Guide for more information.

🤍 Tarnishing and Care Instructions:  Gold filled jewelry is tarnish resistant.  Unlike gold plated, gold-filled jewelry will not flake off or chip.  It feels similar to solid gold, therefore is more expensive than gold-plated, while sill keeping the price down when compared to solid gold.  Sterling Silver is a precious metal and will tarnish over time.  Follow care instructions below to prevent tarnishing and for cleaning.  Care Instructions:  Do not use chemical jewelry cleaner or treated cloths.  Avoid exposure to moisture, extreme sweat, and chemicals such as perfumes, salt water, and chlorine.  Gently polish with a jewelry polishing cloth (untreated).  When your jewelry is not being worn, sore individually in an airtight container or bag, being sure your piece is completely dry first.
