Refund Policy


Juliana and Me Jewelry stand behind each piece of jewelry that we get the pleasure of making.  We strive for happy customers and we are grateful to for each and every order that we receive.  

Our products are custom made to order and often personalized, therefore we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.  The same goes for cancellations once an order is placed.  

If there was an error in production, an error in shipping, or if your custom jewelry is damaged, please contact customer service at  We will handle your claim and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue.  All quality concerns must be reported to Juliana and Me Designs within 14 days of receipt of the order according to the tracking number.

If it is found that there has been an error on our part, we will gladly remake your order and ship it to you within 6-10 business days from when the item is returned.  The address to return approved pieces to is:  Juliana & Me Jewelry, PO BOX 671, Wilton, IA 52778.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: PO box 671, Wilton IA 52778, United States. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
